What are your data security and backup policies? Where is my data stored?
All data in the cloud system is backed up for up to one week and stored securely within the cloud infrastructure.

Is the process of migrating my existing customer/data database (Excel, old CRM) to Robosme complex? Can I get support?
Your existing data can be imported into Robosme via Excel. These imports can be done using Excel templates, with duplicate record prevention mechanisms in place. Additionally, if needed, data can be transferred from your old applications through integration methods.
Pricing and Support

Is your pricing model based on the number of users or feature set? Are there any hidden costs?
Robosme uses a user-based pricing model. Offering both monthly and yearly payment options, Robosme has no hidden costs. All components and pricing details are transparently available on our website’s pricing page. CRM modules are priced per user as package rates, while additional services (WhatsApp integration, extra server and disk capacity, etc.) can be priced based on usage scale.

Do you offer a trial period or free usage option?
Robosme demo environments offer a 7-day free trial, which can be extended to 14 days if needed.

In which languages and through which channels is technical support and training provided?
Support and training are provided in Turkish and English. You can request necessary assistance via our partners or through the ticket system within Robosme.

What are the contract terms and cancellation policies? Is there an annual commitment requirement?
Robosme focuses on customer satisfaction and does not enforce any binding licenses. You can choose monthly or yearly payment methods. After the trial period, you can start with monthly usage to test all functions and their fit for your business, and opt for annual payment later to benefit from discount advantages.
